"Everything used to be different!" - We know enough of these sayings from our grandparents. A tour of the exhibition shows that Bavaria has indeed changed completely over the last 80 years. Construction, reconstruction, expansion wherever you look! Some celebrate the progress, others complain that no stone has been left unturned. This dialogical tour shows how much Bavaria has actually changed, how we live, spend our free time, generate energy and get around in contrast to our grandparents.

"My house, my garden, my Bavaria!"
How will we build in the future? What materials do we want to use? How can we protect the environment and still make ourselves comfortable? During a focus tour through the exhibition, we will first look at how and why buildings were built in the past. Then the pupils themselves become master builders, designing their own houses and learning about the current challenges of sustainability in a playful way.

In the computer game "Minetest", pupils fulfill the wish of many people in Bavaria - a new, beautiful home! But is creating living space really that easy?
