You will find us in Regensburg's old town, directly on the Danube - at Donaumarkt 1 within sight of the Iron Bridge.
Opening hours
Tuesday to Sunday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. | Monday closed
If a public holiday falls on a Monday, the Haus der Bayerischen Geschichte is open.
Fixed closing days: December 24, 25 and 31, January 1, Good Friday.
The museum is a 15-minute walk from Regensburg main station.

There are three disabled parking spaces in the Ostengasse / corner of Kalmünzergasse on the south side of the museum.
Access for coaches is possible via Adolph-Kolping-Straße from the south. Passengers can alight at the newly built coach stops at Schwanenplatz. The coaches must then continue their journey. To pick up the guests, the approach is again from the south.
