Uffenheim

In Uffenheim, the local war memorial for the fallen soldiers of the wars in 1870/71, 1914/18 and 1939/45 is situated between the deanery and the cityhall. On the back of the central commemorative stone, the combatants of 1870-71 are listed, among them the Jewish soldiers Weinreich, Goldschmitt and Katzenstein. On the plaques on a wall behind it, the names of the fallen soldiers of the two World Wars are commemorated. Among the victims of war, you will find these Jewish soldiers who died in action:
