Mellrichstadt

In Mellrichstadt, there is a memorial complex for the fallen soldiers of the wars in 1870/71, 1914/18 and 1939/45 on Großberg, near the station. Several metal plaques with the names of the fallen soldiers of all three wars have been put into the ground, encircling a cross. On the plaque to the far right, below the inscription GEFALLENE 1914/18 (died in action 1914/1918), the names of the following Jewish soldiers can be identified:
