| In Maßbach, there is a war
memorial for the fallen soldiers of World War I on Neue Straße (near the old
sporting-ground, next to Autohaus Schmitt). On the front side, below a high
column, with a Bavarian lion on top of it, there is a metal plaque. In the
center it has a relief and to both sides you will find a list with the names
of the fallen soldiers. Among them the two Jewish-German soldiers: |
