Eichenhausen
Rhön-Grabfeld (Unterfranken)
In Eichenhausen, today a part of Saal/Saale, the war memorial for the fallen soldiers of the two World Wars is to be found on a wall to the right of the church, in the center of the former village. It consists of a sculpture and, to the left of it, a commemorative plaque for the extinct Jewish community. To the right, there is a large metal plaque for the victims of the two World Wars. Below the inscription: ZUM GEDENKEN DER OPFER BEIDER KRIEGE(in memory of the victims of both wars) all the names are listed. The last name next to the inscriptions 1914 - 1918 is that of

THEO ROSENSTOCK.
