Burgpreppach
Haßberge (Unterfranken)
In Burgreppach there is awar memorial consisting of three parts for the fallen soldiers of the wars of 1870/71, 1914/18 and 19939/45; on the location, where the synagogue used to be, on the Hauptstraße, opposite the castle. In the middle of it there is a Bavarian lion, on it the dedication:

Zur Erinnerung an die glorreichen Jahre 1870–71
v.d. Kriegerverein Burgpreppach und Umgebung gestiftet

(in memory of the glorious years of 1807/71 dedicated by the Kriegerverein Burgreppach und Umgebung)

On the left stone, below the inscription:

Im Weltkrieg 1914–18 opferten ihr Leben:

(They sacrificed their life in the World War of 1914-18)

the names of the fallen soldiers can be found, among them the following Jewish citizens of Burgreppach:

On the abck of the central stone, below the inscription: Siegreich kehrten zurück 1870-71 (having returned in glory), the names of the combatants of the war of 1870/71 are listed, among them the Jewish soldier:
