In Burghaslach, the war
memorial for the fallen soldiers of the wars in
1866, 1870/71, 1914/18 and 1939/45 is situated in
the center of the village, in a park next to the
church, beside the townhall. In the center you will
find the monument for the wars of 1866 and 1870/71,
with a Bavarian lion on top. Behind this, plaques
with the following dedication have been put up on a
wall:

HEIMAT 1914 – 1918
(to the loyal
protectors of our country 1914-1918)
they list the names
of the fallen soldiers of World War I, among them
